Paleo Tacos!



 
We used this recipe for the "tortillas" (thanks to my cousin!) and then just browned a pound of ground turkey, seasoned it with some onions, chili powder, paprika, cumin, and crushed red peppers...throw some lettuce and hot sauce on top and voila--Paleo Tacos!

Oh and by the way---for their WOD yesterday, Zach and the guys did the baseline test they did a couple of weeks ago and Zach improved his time by 24 minutes!!! He went from a 38 something to a 14 something minutes. So proud!
